Delete your Beewise account
You can request deletion of your Beewise account and the personal data associated with it, even if you no longer have access to the app.
How to request deletion
Follow these steps so we can find your account and protect it from unauthorized deletion.
Send your request
Use the button below to email support@beewise.club with the subject “Beewise account deletion request”.
Identify your account
Include the email address or phone number registered with Beewise. Do not send passwords, OTPs, bank credentials, or card details.
Complete verification
We may reply with a limited verification step to confirm that the request comes from the account owner.
Deletion is processed
After verification, we will close the account and begin deleting or de-identifying the associated data.

The prepared email asks only for your registered email address or phone number. You can also write directly to support@beewise.club.

Personal transactions and categories
Budgets and savings goals
Receipt images, profile images, and notes
Device and notification associations
Data that may be retained
Some shared-expense or group records may be retained in de-identified form when they are needed to preserve another participant’s transaction history. Your profile will no longer be available through those records.
Limited records of the deletion request, fraud-prevention information, or records required for legal, tax, security, or dispute-resolution purposes may be retained for the period required by applicable law.
Deleted data may remain in encrypted backups until routine backup rotation is complete, for no longer than 90 days, unless a longer period is legally required. Backup copies are isolated from normal product use.

If you cannot send the prepared email, write to support@beewise.club from any email client and include the email address or phone number registered with Beewise. Never include a password, OTP, bank credential, or full card number.
